The runner-up takes home their own sponsor prize pack, estimated at $2,500+: a FRAPS merch kit and 6 months of Dog Fuel, a 2-night stay at Sandman Hotel & Suites Squamish, a RUX cooler bag, a stash of Nonny and Nude beverages, and lunch + a hike with FRAPS CEO Alma (yes, the dog).

Alan & Alma founded FRAPS, inspired by their own adventures and a simple belief: the best adventures happen when you fuel each other and keep each other stoked. Together, they created both the brand and Canada's Top Adventure Dog to celebrate incredible dogs, give back to dog rescue and adventure access, and inspire more people to get outside with their pups. They can't wait to help crown this year's winner.
Jason is a digital creator whose mountain biking, overlanding and travel films bring a massive audience along for the ride. His trail dog Maya has been stealing the show since day one, including starring in the self-shot film Jason made about her life on the trails. If your dog sends it, Jason will notice.
Evan is a Canadian ultra runner, coach and mental health advocate who ran his way through the darkness after two decades in emergency services, and found his greatest training partner in Nova, his Hungarian Vizsla. Inseparable on the trail since she was a puppy, the two took on the Orcas Island 100, four 25-mile loops and 8,200m of climbing, a story of trust, instinct and moving together told in the documentary SUPERNOVA: The 100 Mile Dog. Nobody knows better how far a dog will go for their human.
Gary Robbins is one of Canada's most legendary mountain ultra runners: record holder at Hawaii's brutal HURT 100, the only Canadian finisher of Colorado's Nolan's 14, Mount Rainier circumnavigation record setter, and the man whose Barkley Marathons battles gripped the running world. Based in Chilliwack, BC, he founded Coast Mountain Trail Running, whose races send thousands of humans (and more than a few dogs) into the mountains every year. Gary knows exactly what it takes to keep moving out there.
Jenny is a BC-based ultra runner and coach with a resume that includes a course-record win at the Fat Dog 120, first woman at TransLantau 120km, and a top-15 finish at the Western States 100. A UESCA-certified coach and norda trail team athlete, she co-founded Pacific Pine Running Co to help runners chase big goals while keeping the love alive. Her happiest miles are shared with her two trail dogs, Arya and Maverick.
We're recruiting one more judge to round out the panel.
